Returns & Exchanges

InTouch Med Supply offers a 100% Satisfaction guarantee. Products (with the exception of Vacuum Erection Devices, which are not returnable) may be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after delivery providing the product is defective, incorrect item, quantity or any other acceptable reason. Product must be in the original packaging, unopened and in resalable condition.

Information will be provided for all products that carry a manufacturer’s warranty. InTouch Med Supply will notify all Medicare beneficiaries of the warranty coverage, and we will honor all warranties under applicable law.

InTouch Med Supply will repair or replace, free of charge, Medicare-covered equipment that is under warranty. In addition, an owner’s manual with warranty information will be provided to beneficiaries for all durable medical equipment where a manual is available.
